IkonX Real Estate and Consulting was established by Selçuk ERDURAK on June 6, 2017, in Kocaeli/Izmit Center, Turkey. The operational area, which started in Kocaeli, expanded to include centers in Istanbul's Anatolian and European sides (Ataşehir and Şişli), as well as Cyprus and Bodrum.

Furthermore, with the partnership agreement signed with Group-FSA, a Dutch company, on September 1, 2018, Group-FSA has been authorized for its operations in Turkey. Currently, with its staff holding 'Real Estate Trading Authorization Certificate' trained for 'Professional Competence Certificate,' it continues its real estate buying and selling activities, brokerage, marketing, and investment consultancy services.
